Some tattoos benefit from uninterrupted focus. A full-day session allows us to dedicate an entire day to your project, making it ideal for large-scale work, sleeves, Japanese compositions, and detailed custom designs. These sessions allow for deeper immersion in the creative process and are often the most efficient way to make meaningful progress on larger tattoos. Booking policy
Tattoo Booking Policy By paying your deposit and booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and accepted the following terms. Deposits * A deposit is required to secure your appointment. * Deposits are non-refundable. * A deposit may only be transferred to a new appointment if the reschedule is approved in line with the policy below. * Deposits cover the artist’s reserved time, consultation, preparation and design work. Designs We do not send tattoo designs via WhatsApp, email or social media. All design reviews take place in person before your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to discuss any changes, check that the design works with your anatomy and placement, and avoid misunderstandings. Rescheduling & Cancellations * Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. * If you provide more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment at the artist’s discretion. * Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of three times. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment may result in your deposit being forfeited, at the artist’s discretion. Late Arrivals & No-Shows * Please arrive on time for your appointment. * Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and will still end at the scheduled time, regardless of when you arrive, unless your artist agrees otherwise. * Time lost due to late arrival remains chargeable. * If your tattoo cannot be completed within the booked session because of a late arrival, an additional appointment and charges may be required. * No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay the full appointment amount before making future bookings. Session Length Appointment times are estimates. Your tattoo may require more or less time than originally booked depending on factors such as design changes, placement, client movement, skin condition or other circumstances. Additional charges may apply if more time is required, and another session may be necessary. Right to Refuse or Stop a Session Our artists may refuse or stop a tattoo session if a client: * Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs * Behaves inappropriately or abusively * Has a condition that makes tattooing unsafe * Fails to follow studio policies or the artist’s instructions We reserve the right to prioritise the safety and wellbeing of our clients and artists at all times.
